Conference Location

Thursday: Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Discovery Auditorium in The Research Institute - 700 Children’s Drive, Columbus, 43205. Follow the green path to the yellow path. Yellow path will end at the Research Institute. Follow signs to the Discovery Auditorium. (Signs will be posted.)

Friday & Saturday: Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Stecker Auditorium. Enter the Ann Isaly Wolfe Education Building located at 575 South 18th Street. This entrance is located towards the end of the Outpatient Care Center loop and marked with a blue awning.  (Signs will be posted.)

Accommodations

The CPF has reserved a block of rooms at the below hotels:

  • Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel – negotiated rate of $153 per night.  These rooms will be available until March 21st, 2019 OR until all have been booked at the group rate, whichever comes first. We recommend booking your hotel as soon as your travel plans have been confirmed: CLICK HERE

Shuttle

Shuttle schedule from the CPF recommended hotel, Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel. 
For other hotels, some in downtown Columbus offer shuttle service to NCH.  Please ask if this option is available to you.

Thursday, April 11th:  700 Children’s Drive, Wexner Lobby, Discovery Auditorium

  • Shuttle service will be available from the hospital to the Renaissance Downtown Hotel running approximately every 10 minutes from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

Friday April 12th: Address: 575 South 18th Street entrance, Education Building, Stecker Auditorium

  • Shuttle service will be available from the Renaissance Downtown Hotel to the hospital running approximately every 15 minutes from 7:15am to 8:30am.

  • Shuttle service returning from the hospital to the Renaissance Downtown Hotel running approximately every 15 minutes from 5:00pm to 5:45pm.

Networking Dinner, Friday, April 12th, 6:30pm-10:30pm; Address: Le Méridien, The Joseph - 620 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215

  • Shuttle service will be available from the Renaissance Downtown Hotel to the Le Meridien from 6:00pm and 6:15pm.

  • Shuttle service will return from the restaurant to the Renaissance Downtown Hotel running approximately every 15 minutes from 9:30pm to 10:30pm.

  • Shuttle service will be available from the Renaissance Downtown Hotel to the hospital running approximately every 15 minutes from 7:15am to 8:30am.

Parking

Please DO NOT park on-campus due to limited availability and the need for NCH patients to utilize these spaces. You can utilize Uber or Taxi. Give the address of 700 Children’s Drive (Thursday) or 555 South 18th Street (Friday&Saturday). This will shorten your walk inside the hospital.

Air Travel

John Glenn Columbus International Airport, is just minutes from the central business district and less than ten minutes from Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
